– Construction and maintenance of infrastructure,
– Monitoring and enforcement of legislation in the field of housing and communal services,
– Preparation of spatial planning documents,
– Making decisions on land use permit, approval for the construction and use of facilities,
– Keeping track of assets of the municipality.
